Intelectric in Eersel faced a number of energy-related challenges: solar panels on the roof, declining revenue from feed-in tariffs, and peak loads caused by charging electric cars in the morning.

Due to limited space around the building, fire safety became a key requirement. As a result, a standard solution was not sufficient.
