H2OVolt develops and builds energy storage systems based on vanadium redox flow technology. This helps entrepreneurs take control of their own energy: storing it when it is available and using it when it is needed. Our systems are safe, scalable, and designed to last for years. We do everything ourselves as much as possible: from technology and software to installation and support. We don't resell standard solutions, but rather our own work, built in the Eindhoven metropolitan region.
You will contribute to the development, construction, and testing of our energy storage systems. This includes:
- Contributing ideas about mechanical and electrical engineering solutions
- Tinkering with prototypes
- Measuring, testing, and improving systems
- Working at your workbench in Reusel (Eindhoven region) and on location
- Working with engineers who involve you in their decisions

This is how you learn how theory behaves in practice, including everything that isn't in the textbooks.
We are not looking for an intern who already knows everything. We are looking for someone who is curious, asks questions, and enjoys trying new things. Someone who prefers to understand why something works (or doesn't) rather than just doing it. If you want to learn and get things done, you will fit in at H2OVolt, regardless of whether you are studying at a vocational college or university of applied sciences.
With us, you can expect a place where you are taken seriously, where you contribute to solutions, and where you are given room to grow in your profession. Not just an internship goal to tick off, but a period in which you become better at what you do.
